My Time Killer


My first book with Ben Mezrich. Picked this one up at the bookstall in the airport, while waiting for the airbus A319 to arrives. I traded options, so to me this book was thrilling, I was able to finished this book in 8 hours.



If I ever wonder where I was at, and what I did on this day, this picture explains it all. Enjoying a cup of tea and having a snack with my companions, that is very close to what life is all about.

Chicago

I am going to (try to) blog about my travels from now on. I will be heading to Texas tomorrow, then back to Chicago for few weeks. After that, I will be back in Vietnam, its going to be crazy. I love Vietnam, especially the people...well not everyone! Let's hope I don't get picked pocket again this time.

Just got back to Chicago for a few weeks, I got to see my nephew!

I am glad that I don't have a kid right now. I can not imagine another little me running around the house.

This is my cousin Lan, she doesn't look like Vietnamese. Like me, she is traditional, yet very independent. The couple in the back is my best friend Cindy and her fiancé. He is already in Vietnam, and will stay for six months. Two months is way too much for me, but six months? I’ll be a fried shrimp.

I took the picture this one in front of the Magic Bean in Chicago. There is something about the Magic Bean that attracts me so much that every time I go here, I have to take a picture of it. Did you know that they spent 475 million dollars to build this little park? I think it’s worth every penny, as long as it is not my money.
